About the Event

PYD hosted its second BBQ on September 19, 2009.

Since PYD's first BBQ was a success, it was necessary to have the second BBQ before the end of summer. It was a wonderful day at Cloves Lake Park on Staten Island. Everyone was impressed by the beautiful view of the statue of liberty on the Staten Island Ferry. Plenty of hamburgers and hot dogs were served to the students, their friends, and the PYD staff. The best part of the BBQ was the activities and games. Everyone enjoyed it and had a lot of fun during that time. It was a great memory and experience to have the BBQ party before the summer ended.
